"Big Table" Cooking Classes at Iovino’s Cucina & Catering – 1835 SE 3rd Street - Corvallis
Limited Seating (up to 24 guests.)
Reservations can be made by calling 541-738-9015, Monday-Friday 11:30 to 6:00.
Mastercard, Visa or American Express credit card number is needed to hold your reservation. No charges are processed until evening of dinner.
To better serve your needs, please notify us within 48 hours or at time of reservation, for any special requested dietary menus. Any special requests or substituions will be politely declined during the course of the cooking class dinner….we will be more than happy to accommodate your specific needs, but we must know in advance.
A $25.00 per person, cancellation fee will be charged if reservation is cancelled within 48 hours of dinner. If we are able to fill your reservation with a guest on our waiting list, no cancellation fee will be required.
Any of the following menus are available for a private wine & dine class on a date of your choosing. We request at least 12 confirmed guests for a private dinner cook class.

Italian Feast Menu!
Primi - Antipasti
Bresaola – cured beef, sliced thin, drizzled with lemon, fresh basil and virgin olive oil. Finnochiana and Toscana Salamis, olives, peppers, Italian cheeses.
Served with house bread with balsamic and olive oil for dipping.
Insalata
Fresh Mozzarella sliced with tomatoes and fresh basil over a bed of organic greens, drizzled with virgin olive oil and aged Saba balsamic, garnished with chopped sweet onions.
Cena
Bracciole – eye of round beef, slow roasted and sliced thin, rolled with swiss chard, spinach, onions, pepperoncinis and provolone, topped with roasted garlic plum tomato sauce, Pecorino Romano and fresh basil chiffonade. Served with Casareccia pasta and fresh grilled asparagus.
